Students can create profiles, apply for positions, register for career fairs and events, and get personalized job recommendations tailored to their skills and career goals.

Student Instructions: Handshake 101

This is a free service to all current students and alumni.

Review the Getting Started article.

  • Log in to your MyBSU Account
  • Select the Handshake tile in the Student Resources section
  • Select Student Access Button (don’t enter your email) and enter your Star ID + password
  • Build your profile
